10-24-08 PUC opens feed-in tariff docket
12-11-08 PUC issues scoping paper written by NRRI, an advisor to PUC's around the country. According to their website they do not research feed-in tariffs.
12-23-09 Hawaiian Electric submitted their first feed-in tariff proposal to the PUC. According to their numbers it will take 300 years to move Hawaii from oil to renewable sources. We call this an UNFIT (utility negotiated feed-in tariff).
